Versus Trade Ltd is launching the Golden Songkran Lucky Draw, giving eligible clients a chance to win part of the $8,888 prize pool.

Introduction

1.1 This promotion gives qualifying clients the opportunity to win a cash prize. By taking part, each client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The official name of this campaign is Golden Songkran Lucky Draw, $8,888 Lucky Draw (the Promotion).

1.3 Versus Trade Ltd, referred to as "Versus Trade," runs this Promotion for its clients.

1.4 These terms form part of, and are subject to, the Versus Trade Client Agreement.

Eligibility

2.1 This Promotion is available only to Versus Trade clients from Thailand and Laos who meet all of the following conditions:

• They have a verified trading account and have accepted the Client Agreement.
• They are at least 18 years old when they join the Promotion.
• They have no connection to the creation of this Promotion or to Versus Trade in any capacity.

2.2 The Promotion will be activated automatically for eligible clients in Thailand and Laos from April 1, 2026, through April 30, 2026. No manual opt-in is needed.

2.3 Versus Trade may expand or limit the Promotion to other regions at its sole discretion.

2.4 All regular trading accounts qualify. Demo accounts and bonus accounts do not.

Entry Rules

3.1 To join the Promotion, clients must trade at least 1 lot of XAUUSD on a verified account during the Promotion Period.

3.2 A client receives 1 Lucky Draw ticket for every 1 lot of XAUUSD that is both opened and closed. That 1 lot may come from several smaller trades, as long as the total volume across all eligible trading accounts during the Promotion Period adds up to 1 lot.

3.3 Each additional full 1 lot of XAUUSD traded earns 1 more ticket.

3.4 There is no cap on the number of tickets a client can collect.

3.5 Only completed trades count toward ticket totals.

3.6 Trading volume is based on the total number of round XAUUSD lots, combined across all accounts under one verified client identity.

3.7 Tickets are tied to the client's personal ID, not to a specific account number.

3.8 A client may win only one prize. If a client is selected for more than one, only the highest-value prize will be awarded.

3.9 Versus Trade may disqualify any account it suspects of violating the Client Agreement.

3.10 Clients should always trade responsibly and within their financial limits.

Golden Songkran Lucky Draw Promotion Period

4.1 The Promotion runs from April 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026.

4.2 Only trades that are both opened and closed within this period will count for ticket allocation.

Golden Songkran Lucky Draw Prize Pool

5.1 The total prize pool is $8,888 USD, shared among 35 winners chosen through a random draw.

5.2 Prize amounts are split as follows:

• 1 winner will receive $888
• 2 winners will receive $700 each
• 3 winners will receive $500 each
• 4 winners will receive $300 each
• 5 winners will receive $200 each
• 20 winners will receive $145 each

Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be picked at random using a fair and transparent method chosen by Versus Trade, such as a live stream through wheelofnames.com.

6.2 The draw is scheduled for May 1, 2026, and the results will be announced through official Versus Trade channels.

6.3 Versus Trade may change the draw date. If that happens, clients will be informed in advance through the company's official social media pages.

6.4 All winners will be contacted by email using the address linked to their Versus Trade account.

6.5 Prize money will be credited to winners' trading accounts within 7 business days. After that, the funds may be used for trading or withdrawn, based on the client's choice.

6.6 If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 calendar days, Versus Trade may cancel the prize or draw a new winner.

6.7 Any taxes or legal duties related to a prize are the sole responsibility of the client.

Changes, Cancellation, and Disqualification

7.1 Versus Trade may disqualify any client suspected of breaking these Promotion terms or the Client Agreement.

7.2 Versus Trade also reserves the right to reject any entry without having to explain the reason, with notice posted on the landing page.

7.3 Versus Trade may change these terms or end the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any updates or cancellation will be posted on the official Versus website, and no further claims or liability will apply to Versus Trade.

Disputes

8.1 Any dispute related to the Promotion must be sent to Customer Support at support@versus.trade and will be handled under the procedures set out in the Client Agreement.

Other Terms

9.1 By entering this Promotion and accepting a prize, the client agrees to have their photo taken and to provide a written or video testimonial if requested by Versus Trade.

9.2 The client also agrees that Versus Trade may use this content on its social media channels or in other advertising activities, including third-party promotions.

9.3 If a client does not comply with clauses 9.1 or 9.2, Versus Trade may disqualify that client or cancel the prize.

9.4 Any client who is disqualified, for any reason, loses the right to claim a prize under this Promotion.

For cent accounts, 1 lot of XAUUSD equals 100 lots of XAUUSD. One lot of XAUUSD that is opened and closed during the Promotion counts as 1 round lot.
