A Forex Deposit Bonus can increase your account equity and available margin for trading. However, review the complete terms before joining a Valetax 20% Forex Deposit Bonus campaign.
- The bonus is usually added to your trading account as credit. It can increase your equity and margin for open positions, but you generally can't withdraw the bonus itself.
- Eligibility may depend on your account type, such as a Standard or Booster account. Some campaigns also include a minimum deposit requirement.
- Forex Deposit Bonuses usually expire after a set period. Valetax may also reduce or remove the credit after a withdrawal or stop-out.
- Valetax prohibits certain trading practices that could misuse the promotion. For example, some campaigns require trades to remain open for a minimum period and prohibit risk-free hedging across multiple accounts.

Valetax 20% Forex Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions
The Forex Deposit Bonus is a promotion offered by Valetax International Limited ("Valetax"). These terms form part of the General Terms of Business and the Valetax Terms and Conditions. By joining the campaign, clients confirm that they've read, understood, and accepted the applicable rules.
The Forex Deposit Bonus is credit added to an eligible trading account after the client makes a qualifying deposit during an active campaign. The campaign details identify which account types can participate. Unless the campaign terms state otherwise, all regular account conditions continue to apply, including leverage, margin requirements, margin call and stop-out levels, spreads, and other trading specifications.
Only selected Valetax International Limited clients who meet the requirements in the relevant Bonus Campaign can participate. Clients must complete Valetax's verification and KYC procedures before claiming the bonus. If the campaign includes a minimum deposit, the required amount appears in the campaign details.
The promotion applies only to qualifying deposits made through an approved payment method. Internal transfers between accounts and other transaction types don't qualify.
Valetax calculates the bonus by multiplying the deposit amount by the campaign's bonus rate. The maximum bonus is limited to the amount stated in the relevant Bonus Campaign. Each client can receive one Forex Deposit Bonus per campaign. A client can't claim multiple bonuses under the same campaign, whether the credits would go to one account or several accounts.
The credit remains available for the period specified in the Bonus Campaign. The validity period starts on the "Activation Date" and ends on the "Expiration Date" displayed in the client's Personal Member Area.
Once the credit expires or Valetax removes it, the client must manage the remaining margin carefully. Maintaining enough available margin can help prevent a stop-out.
Valetax adds the Forex Deposit Bonus as a credit transaction. Clients can't withdraw the credit, and they can use it only to support the account's margin. Valetax removes the credit if the account balance reaches or drops below zero.
Clients can make additional deposits into the same account, but those deposits won't create another bonus. If the account already has credit from another promotion, Valetax cancels the earlier bonus when it awards the new Forex Deposit Bonus.
Withdrawals and Internal Transfers
Any withdrawal or internal transfer from an account with an active Forex Deposit Bonus reduces the credit proportionally. This rule applies when a client withdraws funds from the original deposit or from a later deposit made while the bonus remains active.
Each withdrawal or internal transfer made after the bonus is added reduces the credit until the balance reaches zero. Valetax calculates the reduction by dividing the withdrawal or transfer amount by the initial deposit amount.
Valetax treats all later withdrawals and internal transfers as connected to the deposit that generated the bonus.
Trading rebates earned in an account with a Forex Deposit Bonus are also reduced proportionally. The percentage depends on the account balance and any floating profit or loss compared with the total equity when the trade opens.
Prohibited Conduct
Valetax can change, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without advance notice.
Clients can't share their trading account login details or password with another person. If a client breaks this rule, Valetax may cancel the Forex Deposit Bonus and invalidate all related trading results, including individual trade results and rebates.
Clients also can't use the credit to hedge positions across different trading accounts. If Valetax identifies this activity, it may disqualify the client from current or future credit bonus campaigns, remove some or all of the credit, and cancel some or all profits earned through cross-account hedging. Valetax may take these steps without further notice.
Hedging with another broker and using a "Balance Trading" strategy are strictly prohibited. These methods involve using the bonus to pursue risk-free profits or rebates instead of taking genuine market positions. They may include placing unusually large trades compared with the account's starting equity, committing most or all of the account's funds to a position, and opening a matching hedge with another broker.
This type of activity may produce results of approximately plus or minus 50% to 125% or more of the account's starting balance or equity. The result may depend on whether the client has a matching bonus on the account used for hedging with another broker. Valetax may also treat trades placed within a reasonable period before or after suspected abuse as part of the same activity, even when those individual trades produce different results.
If Valetax identifies or reasonably suspects a risk-free trading pattern that uses the bonus or presumed Negative Balance Protection to create profits or rebates while transferring market risk to the broker, it may invalidate all related transactions, profits, and rebates. Clients who violate this rule may also receive a permanent ban from opening new trading accounts or trading with Valetax.
Eligibility and Conflicts of Interest
To participate, the client confirms that they aren't and have never been a Valetax employee, contractor, or representative. The client must also confirm that they aren't an immediate family member of a current Valetax employee. Immediate family includes a spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or in-law.
The client can't have a financial or personal relationship with Valetax or its employees that could create a conflict of interest. If Valetax determines that a client falls into one of these categories, it may disqualify the client immediately and revoke any promotional benefit, regardless of the campaign's current stage or status.
Valetax may also remove a client from the promotion if they:
- Use churning or another strategy designed to seek risk-free profits.
- Violate the Client Agreement or the General Terms of Business.
In these situations, Valetax may deduct the bonus from the trading account and cancel some or all profits earned through hedging between different accounts. It may take these actions without further notice.
Risk and Liability
Clients are responsible for managing their funds and available margin. Valetax isn't liable for losses, costs, expenses, or damages connected with the promotion.
A "Valid Trade" is a completed round-turn trade that remains open for at least 30 seconds.
A "Valid Deposit" is a deposit made directly by the client through an approved payment method. Internal transfers don't qualify as deposits.
If a translated version of these terms conflicts with the English version, the English version takes precedence.
